It is the space to slow down. We crave the steady, quiet rhythm of a village. A place where adults can balance deep work with rest, where kids are central to the daily flow, where our nervous systems finally regulate and where social connection happens seamlessly throughout it all.So, we are building one.This September, Cohli is taking over ONZE Xpu Há—a private, luxury eco-sanctuary hidden in the Riviera Maya. For 30 days, we are turning it into a home for just six families.This isn't a highly-scheduled retreat or passive luxury package, but it will be a shared rhythm while feeling both restful and luxurious. It's an invitation to live at a slower pace. It is weekday meals fueled by a private chef, afternoons spent balance work with restorative wellness practices, kids learning and playing, and slow weekends exploring the coastline.This month together will bring wellness and connection into focus, utilizing all of the amenities at hand by Onze, as well as the facilitated community component by Cohli.Imagine the following in the lush jungle property: pool, private underground cenote, yoga shala, cinema room, temazcal, pickleball court, firepit, chapel, dining area, professional kitchen, relaxation areas and softplay adventure. As well as weekly movement + care practices such as HIIT, ice baths, sound baths, yoga and more.The Reality of the Jungle
We prefer honesty over polish. This residency takes place in an off-grid sanctuary during September. It is also storm season in the Riviera Maya, which means the weather may be unpredictable.

Families who travel well know the math. A typical 7-night stay at a luxury family resort in the Riviera Maya costs between $10,000 and $15,000 for a single week of fleeting vacation.We designed this residency to offer a completely different return on that investment. We´re bypassing the traditional hotel model to dive deep into a 30-day residency - complete with daily meals, a curated community, wellness offerings, and deep work infrastructure - for roughly the cost of a standard 10-day luxury trip.

Villas 1 + 2 - $15,150

These villas have one king bed and one single bed. Both villas feature private gardens.

Villa 3 - $16,500

This Villa has 2 Queen beds and 1 Single bed to fit up to a family of 4. This villa features a private garden.

The Cottage - $16,500

The Cottage features three individual showers and a toilet, along with a connecting stairwell to the master suite, making it ideal for families. It comfortably sleeps up to five guests, offering a spacious and convenient accommodation option.

The Lodge - $18,950

The Lodge is a charming two-level wooden cabin featuring a cold plunge jet pool and an inside/outside shower. It comfortably sleeps between two and five guests, offering a unique blend of rustic charm and modern amenities.

The Master Suite - $18,950

The Master King Suite features a custom round bed, a one-hundred-degree deck with stunning views, and a large double bath with signature Chukum deep bathtub. This luxurious suite comfortably fits two additional single beds children and is equipped with air conditioning for a relaxing stay.

What exactly is the food situation on the weekends?
From Saturday lunch through Sunday dinner, our private chef is off-duty. Because the commercial kitchen is closed to guests, families handle their own meals. You can order delivery from our curated directory of local restaurants, dine out in nearby towns, or bring your own groceries to use the 24/7 Family Snack Station (equipped with a microwave, toaster, kettle, and fridge space).How reliable is the internet?
The property has high-speed WiFi available in all rooms, villas, and reception areas. It is unmetered and suitable for video calls and deep work blocks.How do we get around?
ONZE is a secluded sanctuary about 30 minutes from the nearest major towns. We highly recommend families rent a vehicle for at least part of their stay to give you the autonomy to explore the coast, run errands, and enjoy weekend dinners off-site.How do you select families?
We carefully review each family’s application to build a balanced, supportive group where everyone feels at home.Is there childcare or a school program?
Yes. We'll have a lead teacher and assistants on-site M-F providing programming for the children.What happens if the residency doesn't fill up?
We have set a minimum activation threshold. If we do not receive enough committed families by March 31, 2026, the cohort will not proceed, and your 30% deposit will be fully refunded immediately.
